Daddy-Daughter

This was actually taken several weeks ago (01/03), but I have forgotten to upload. Aren't they cute?! In this photo Kyrie is helping her Daddy to beat Uncle Tim at some sort of football video game. I don't know which one, because...I honestly don't care. :-) Posted by Picasa

Belly Shots - 25 weeks along

Okay, so I went and did it now, before I forgot! I took these monthly with Kyrie and have really neglected to do so with Kubla. Sorry, baby.

Wow! It's been awhile!

Well, yeah...there's no real good excuse, but I think you could probably come up with some for me. Anyway, I am finally motivated to upload some photos today, because...I took some today! Lori, Elliot, Kyrie, and I went to the Children's Museum and had an exhausting time. Please compare the above photos to that of Kyrie at 55 weeks old (she is now 21 months old). Crazy!!!!!

Just to give you the update - we are doing well. I am now 25 weeks prego - just 15-ish more to go. I should upload a belly shot and will try to remember to take one of those someday soon. Kyrie is loving her new house and playroom. She does nothing but run all day (I kid you not). We are struggling, however, right now with her giving up one nap a day. I try to insist on two and she comes back with "One, Mommy. One." Quiet time is now a necessity in the Kons' household. I am suddenly more tired than ever. Should be fun when I am up all night with a newborn, hey?!?!

Public Service

My good friend Heather Schwar informed me today that the price of stamps is about to increase again. Now, I don't watch the news or read the paper, so I may just be out of it, but Heather told me it had caught her by surprise as well. So, I just wanted to make sure you were all aware. It looks like the increase will begin on January 8, 2006 and the new price is $0.39/stamp.

You can see it officially at USPS Online.

Stupid $0.02 rate change stamps. As if I don't have enough $0.01 ones lying around from the last time this happened. (Yes, I know that $0.01 + $0.01 = $0.02, but I don't have that many!)

Happy stamp buying!
